What do we do during the strategy call?

One of our legal experts will join you in a Google Meet video call.
You explain your situation and what you hope to reach through a Hong Kong company.
We will go through each point with you and let you know how it fits your expectations.
As legal accountants, we are very blunt and straightforward to tell you the reality.
We will back our opinion with legal sources (if needed).
Important Note: As we will open our network (bank and legal connection) to our customers, we must have a video call with you prior to working together. The video call is paid, but when we subtract the amount from the service if collaborate together.

Exemplary Timeline when opening a company with us

Step 1: You fill in an online form (on Monday)

Duration: Same day.
Your to-do:
You need to fill out a few online forms with business and personal details to register the business under your name. These you will sign and send them to us along with a passport scan and a proof of address.

Your time invest: 30 minutes (once)

Step 2: Receive your company certificates (until Wednesday)

Duration: 1 – 3 days.
Your to-do: Nothing.
You enjoy life while we handle the rest with the authorities on-site.

Once finished, we will inform you and upload your company certificates to your Google Drive:

Your time invest: 0 minutes

Step 3: You open a bank account (until next week, Tuesday)

Duration: 5–7 days
Your to-do:

With your company documents and our referral, you can easily open a bank account with any bank in Hong Kong.

We are there in case any questions arise.

Your time invest: 30 minutes per bank account

Step 4: Send invoices and receive money

You can send invoices to your clients and can receive payments in your favorite currency (USD, EUR, etc.).

We can provide invoice templates if needed.

Your time invest: Depends on you.

Step 5: Keep your company compliant (next year on incorporation date)

We will make sure that your company’s tax filing, audit, and yearly renewal are being handled, so you can focus on your business.
